We live and juice in beautiful Celista, British Columbia.
Currently we sell at one location, and we offer home deliveries in the area of North Shuswap, from Blind Bay to Magna Bay and beyond.

We are busy, working Moms, and we understand the importance of quality nutrition on-the-go. We started juicing because we both felt run down, and we were lacking the time to find balance with nutrition. We wanted to create raw, unpasteurized juice that can provide high quality nutrition for a busy lifestyle.
Whether you need convenient nutrition for your drive to hockey practice, energy for your weight session at the gym, or a healthy addition to your morning routine, we've got you covered!

More About Our Juice
Why Celery?
​
We use Celery as the base for our juices for many reasons. Celery juice is immensely nutritious, containing many vital nutrients, minerals and antioxidants which. Celery is abundant, available fresh all year, and celery juice is naturally low in calories and high in fibre. One cup of celery juice contains just 33 calories!

Why a "Beer" bottle?
​
We thought long and hard about which bottle to package our juice in. Although we love the trendy "French glass," which allows the gorgeous colour to be displayed, we chose amber bottles.
Firstly, amber glass protects our juices from UV and Blue Light damage. Secondly, glass does not leach harmful chemicals into our juice over time. Finally, we wanted to make our juices more affordable, by not requiring a bottle deposit. Simply recycle your bottle when you are finished!
Our Juice is Unpasteurized, and Fresh pressed. It is RAW. ​

We make it each week, using both Centrifugal Juicers, and slow Macerating juicers. Both varieties offer unique benefits. Our juices must be refrigerated, shaken well, and enjoyed by their due date.
Each of our juices contain fresh pressed lemon, for flavour, nutrition, and to extend shelf life. Our juices are best enjoyed within 5 days. The Glow Elixir is best enjoyed within 2 weeks.

There are many nutritional benefits within the pith and the peel. The bitterness in the pith aids in digestion. Consuming the entire peel also has beneficial "neuroprotective effects", improving cognitive function due to citrus flavonoids within the peel. Not only are these oils nutritious, they are also packed with flavour!

Our juices are less sweet than our competitors.

We aim to support your nutrition by using more vegetables than fruit. That is why the base of our juice is Celery. We created our juice to fill our desire to find a true vegetable juice. Our personal favourite is Detox because it contains the fewest natural sugars.

We always start with whole vegetables and whole fruit. Our philosophy is to provide the highest concentration of nutrition by providing you with the freshest pressed juice.
